Glove making workshop at London Craft Week
Riina O is delighted to be taking part of London Craft Week again this year.
Riina O will be teaching the archery-inspired glove making workshop on the 11th and 12th May (a few tickets for Friday 11th May and Saturday 12th May events still available!) , exhibiting a selection of our gloves and doing the craft presentation.
We are very excited to announce that we will be revealing our first pair of luxurious hand-crafted leather cycling gloves, to accompany the gorgeous Ascari bicycles.
Helio Acari is the master bespoke bicycle maker from Brooklyn, New York, whom we had a chance to visit during our last trip to the USA. His stunning hand-crafted bicycles, partly covered with leather and some jewellery detailing, are the epitome of luxury and craftsmanship.
Our host Bentleys is a true destination antiques shop, holding the treasures throughout the ages from around the world. Specialised in buying and selling antique English leather accessories and travel goods, as well as other antiquities from the Edwardian era and the finest vintage trunks from the great French houses. It is a great place to find a gift for “the man that has everything” or even just to visit as a "room of curiosities".
Many thanks to London Craft Week for inviting Riina O to participate again this year. This annual event showcases exceptional craftsmanship through a journey-of-discovery programme featuring hidden workshops and unknown makers alongside celebrated masters, famous studios, galleries, shops and luxury brands. Something surely worth discovering if you happen to be in London, second week of May.
